Ragi Idli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 cups Ragi Flour \/ Finger Millet Flour<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cup Sooji<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cup Yogurt<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 tsp Baking Soda<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1\/2 cup water or as needed<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Instructions<br \/>\n<\/b>1. Combine the ragi flour, sooji &amp; salt. Mix well<br \/>\n2. Add yogurt to the mixture &amp; mix again<br \/>\n3. Add water slowly to make a batter<br \/>\n4. \u00a0Let the batter sit for about 15-30 mins<br \/>\n5. Mix the batter once and add water if needed (should have a normal idli batter consistency)<br \/>\n6. Add baking soda &amp; mix until well combined<br \/>\n7.
